Pricing your home is one of the most important steps when selling. Our vast experience in market analysis and the appraisal world will help you to understand the current price trends and feel confident with your home's listing price.
Listing your home for sale
After signing a listing agreement, prepping your home for market activity is probably the most stressful part of selling. We're here to assist you through the entire process:
Step 1: Sign a listing agreement and open escrow with a local title company.
Step 2: Evaluate the condition of your home for recommended updates. You'll receive free design consultation and have access to advantageous pricing from our contractors.
Step 3: Order property and pest inspections (paid by us). These reports will be included in the full disclosure package which buyers use for due diligence.
Step 4: Complete remaining forms which include seller questionnaires, standard disclosure forms, and standard advisories.
Step 5: Schedule property staging and professional photographer (paid by us).
Step 6: With your home ready for market activity, it will be listed on the local MLS and other mainstream marketing channels to maximize exposure. There will also be open houses and showings by appointment.
Receiving offers and the escrow period
We will be there for negotiating offers, overseeing the transaction, and ensuring you understand every component of the sale until it closes.
