Before the tenant moves in, we will conduct a thorough walk-through to verify condition.

Triada Real Estate Group will handle all rent collection and monthly invoices. We then send you the remaining rent (deposit or mailed check), accompanied by a monthly statement. After each calendar year, we will prepare and provide you with all necessary financial documents for your taxes.

Ongoing maintenance is an area of property management we take extra seriously. We manage landscapers, repair specialists and most other types of contractors. Because of our affiliation with our sister company, Triada Construction, your property's maintenance needs will not only be worked on by qualified contractors, but they will also be a priority.

As the end of the lease nears, we will provide a current market rent analysis. Depending on your specific situation, we will recommend changes to the lease. We also will continually monitor and recommend needed repairs to ensure your property remains well maintained while receiving the highest return on investment (ROI).
